Overhead Panel (OHP)

I do my best to do things buy hand. When I give up I go and buy the real thing. This is my overhead panel which I built using 1:1 ratio print of the actual panel. I sandwiched the printed paper between two plexi glasses. One being thicker and the other one thinner. I drilled the holes for the toggles and the knobs and rotaries. It was hard, but finally I am satisfied with it.

For the circuits I got two USB out PCBs (For the LEDs), the legends and their corresponding boxes from open cockpits. I also got five USB cards to interface the rotaries from groovy game gear.

It is hard to cut out boxes from plexi glass. I used double sided transparent tape on either sides of the plexy glasses to connect the boxes and the legends.
